Job Summary: RCM&D is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant in our Commercial Lines department. We are looking for the right person to join our team, uphold our standards, as well as accurately and efficiently follow the workflows developed.

A Day in the Life:

  • Work directly with carriers to obtain policies, endorsements, audit and cancellations
  • Process Insurance Certificates, create Insurance Summaries and Claims Guides
  • Work within our management system
  • Comply with E&O Plus, legal and regulatory requirements
     

What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma or GED; an associate’s degree in business or prior insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for positive interaction with customers and co-workers, supporting the team concept of the department
  • Ability to navigate various insurance carrier sites to obtain policies, endorsements, audit and cancellations
