We are looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant
to support the Vice President of Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Public Affairs, along with their close collaborators, in their administrative tasks. This is a fantastic career opportunity filled with challenges at one of Canada’s largest financial groups.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Public Affairs, as an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the central point of contact for the administrative needs of the Vice President’s office, including calendar management, travel arrangements, email management, expense reports, and invoice payments.
- Organizing various meetings and events, particularly with senior management and financial market stakeholders such as investors, analysts, and bankers.
- Supporting the preparation and organization of documents needed for conferences and meetings.
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing executive-level documents and presentations.
- Anticipating needs and developing tools to enhance the efficiency of the Vice Presidency.
- Collaborating closely with other Executive Assistants within the organization and coordinating shared files.
- Working closely with the Investor Relations Technician on shared projects, such as preparing quarterly disclosures and distributing press releases.
- Managing team communications and surveys.
- Handling various administrative responsibilities and special assignments as needed.

Profile sought:
- College diploma (DEC) in office technology, business administration, or university studies.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in French (intermediate/advanced level),and English due to frequent interactions with English- and French-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada on a daily basis.
Intermediate/advanced level in English is required as the person will need to develop marketing strategies, target, position, and define product differentiators with various departments on a weekly basis. - Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous, with the ability to anticipate needs/challenges and respond accordingly, even in ambiguous situations.
- Team spirit and ingenuity, with the ability to work highly effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, manage competing demands, and deliver the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve high performance standards and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to seize opportunities and propose solutions.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), social media tools, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
