Accounting Manager

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for the financial close and consolidated financial preparation process.

Some responsibilities include:

• Oversee all accounting processes, including month-end close, reviewing monthly reconciliations, formal work reviews, financial reporting, variance analysis and expense reporting.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP /IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards, including capitalized software (ASC 350) and lease accounting (ASC 842).
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement within the close process and implement process enhancements.
• Assist in managing the treasury function by overseeing bank accounts, subsidiary funding, foreign currency exposure, and vendor/employee payments.
• Oversee and optimize the accounting technology stack (NetSuite, Navan, Floqast)
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the year-end process with internal and external auditors, and manage the audit process.
• Maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity management: collaborate with the team to update weekly cashflow and identify discrepancies.
• Support regulatory filings, tax compliance, and entity registrations/renewals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• 3+ years of experience in people management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting·
• CPA strongly preferred
• The ability to adopt and maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Experience using NetSuite (a must have), super user is preferable

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - 130,000 with a 20% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
