ITW GSE DIVISION
The ITW GSE Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the aviation industry.
Core customers are Airports and Airlines in all countries around the World.
Core products are Power Supply Units for aircraft parked on the ground.

ITW GSE Americas, Palmetto Florida
ITW GSE Intenrational, Odense Denmark
Sales Office Dubai
Sales Office Singapore
Organizationally ITW GSE is part of the Specialty Products Segment of Illinois Tool Works (ITW).
Job Description
- Aligns work and department goals to Divisional/Enterprise strategic intent.
- Collaborates with the Controller and department managers to support overall company goals and objectives. Compiles and analyzes data and reports to assist others.
- Supports business unit with special projects and workflow process improvements. Participates in Division projects using ITW Toolbox items including 80/20, PLS, and USa.
- Support and assist Controller in budget and outlook activities including annual plan and long-range plan.
- Obtains and maintains a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to a monthly close schedule.
- Facilitates and completes monthly close procedures in adherence to ITW Financial Reporting Manual.
- Ensures the documentation and monitoring of internal controls is in compliance with ITW Financial Policies.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
- Approves refunds, purchases and monitor adherence to expenditure authorization policy. (EAP)
- Responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Managing financial talent pipeline
- Responsible for processing and management of employee payroll/timesheets
- Coordinates and participate with physical inventories and inventory grading on a periodic basis; assists in reduction of MOH and Slow-Moving and Obsolete inventory.
Qualifications
Professional Experience - Minimum three years professional accounting and some managerial experience
Functional Experience -
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Managerial experience
- Educational Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field
Preferred Functional Experience -
- Power App
- Manufacturing environment or industry
- ERP implementation
