A Glimpse into Your New Role
- Preparation of month end results and accounting accruals
- Financial analysis of results against budget/forecast
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting packs
- Balance sheet reconciliations and adjustments
- Continual involvement in process improvement initiatives across the group finance team
- Support the other accounting team members with ad hoc requirements
- Data analysis
- Assist with Finance project work, audit and statutory lodgements
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ accounting experience in a medium to large sized business highly favourable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
- Displays high levels of initiative and an eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/commerce (or equivalent)
- CA or CPA qualified or in progress
