Sobre la Posición
Buscamos un Accounts Payable Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo de APU en un rol clave dentro del área contable. Esta posición se enfoca en la carga de facturas de proveedores locales y extranjeros, así como en la conciliación de cuentas de fabricantes.
Lo que harás
-
Carga de facturas de proveedores nacionales e internacionales.

Conciliación de cuentas de fabricantes.
-
Preparación de registros contables y conciliaciones.
-
Apoyo en la liquidación de impuestos y otros procesos contables.
-
Generación de informes financieros y análisis según sea requerido.
-
Identificación y escalamiento de posibles inconsistencias en la información financiera.
-
Propuesta de mejoras en los procesos contables.
-
Otras tareas asignadas según las necesidades del departamento.
Lo que estamos buscando
-
Estudiante o graduado de Contador Público, Administración, Economía, Ciencias Económicas o carrera afín.

Nivel de inglés intermedio.
-
Experiencia previa en carga de facturas, conciliación de cuentas y contabilidad corporativa.
-
Deseable experiencia en estudios contables, liquidación de impuestos y asistencia a contadores.
-
Manejo de software contable y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
-
Conocimientos en controles y registros de facturas.
-
Habilidad para el trabajo en equipo, predisposición y sentido de colaboración.
-
Atención al detalle, capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
Condiciones de trabajo

Horario de trabajo ocasional no estándar u horas extraordinarias según lo requiera el negocio.
