The Account Manager Trainee position is designed for individuals who are passionate about developing a career in account management and sales. In this role, you’ll work directly with seasoned Senior Account Managers and an elite sales team to support our clients in expanding their accounts, increasing revenue, and achieving long-term business growth.

Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with business prospects to deliver presentations and establish strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Educate potential clients on our client’s products, services, and ongoing promotions.
  • Assist in acquiring new accounts and driving market expansion for our clients.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to gain comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and client goals.
  • Review client contracts, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling to benefit both clients and the company.
  • Participate in conference calls and attend training workshops to stay informed on client progress and sales objectives.
  • Work closely with other trainees, sales associates, and marketing representatives to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • In-progress or completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or leadership role is a plus, but not required.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to develop leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the office and client sites.
