YOUR MISSION
Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Tunisia. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products, a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as gourmet or organic products
THE JOURNEY
- Be the main contact for Glovo’s specialties partners in Grocery category, building a win-win relationship through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and working as a team to get the best out of the partnership.
- Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.Deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple partners.Be responsible for partners’ business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM, YoY.
- As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability in line with the P&L.
- Draw and execute plans, in order to make your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) .
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into solutions. Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Experience: 2+ years as Business Developer or Account Manager within startups, HORECA, FMCG, or top tech companies.
- Analytical skills: Comfortable with using data to make decisions; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Judgment and assertiveness: Ability to own up to mistakes and approach situations with optimism.
- Critical thinking: Skill in finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
- Ownership: A natural bias for action, with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
- Attitude: An empathetic, inclusive, and curious approach towards the business and the industry.
- Native Arabic Speaker with Professional English level skills
