Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, creative, and persuasive sales professional who thrives in forming robust customer partnerships and excels in software solution sales. The Account Executive will spearhead growth in the restaurant sector, driving solution opportunities, and strengthening relationships with NCR Voyix’s key strategic partners.

If you possess expertise in crafting comprehensive software, hardware, and consulting solutions for restaurant accounts, building opportunity funnels, influencing decision-making processes, and managing sales across multiple locations, we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and communicate a visionary business trajectory to clients.
  • Manage NCR Voyix restaurant accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting financial targets.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to maximize satisfaction with existing solutions while introducing our full portfolio.
  • Foster and maintain senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling, enhancing client confidence in NCR Voyix.
  • Balance maintaining customer satisfaction with expanding the business portfolio.
  • Collaborate with NCR Voyix teams to fulfill client commitments.
  • Implement a structured communication framework to keep stakeholders informed of account status and opportunities.
  • Partner with business units to explore cross-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate multi-year software and service contracts.
  • Work with senior management to develop territory strategies.
  • Align NCR’s solutions with customer business objectives to strengthen strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of related business and sales management experience, with a proven track record in technology sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality market and competition.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in SaaS and/or application software.
  • Proven experience in managing sales processes and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across cross-functional teams.
  • Significant business acumen and the ability to form strong internal and customer partnerships.
  • Experience in crafting and executing solution sales strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 50%) to support accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality software sales is a plus.
  • Strong executive presence with a "Make It Happen" attitude.
  • Proficiency in account and project management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
