WHAT YOU DO:

  • Work Closely with Account Executive to review and analyze daily & weekly sales grid achievement by door to plan best store visits.
  • Train retail partners on product launches, core products and company history creating excitement and developing retail partnerships
  • Motivate and Inspire team selling in retailers
  • Make deadlines for all requests including but not limited to: calendars, expense reports daily recaps, event recaps. 
  • Monitor, action and elevate stock concerns according to the company and retailers’ systems.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Achieve sales plan
  • Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
  • Deliver “Best in Class” service to consumers, team members and retail partners.
  • Perform Make Up Applications on consumers according to retailers guidelines, educating clients and securing sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years industry experience
  • Experience working within SEPHORA 
  • Excellent makeup artistry skills
  • Effective goal setting, planning, communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
  • Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Exhibit effective communication skills with customers, peers and management
  • Knowledgeable in working with Outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel and work weekends
  • Valid driver’s license is required


The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000.000 to $70,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
