We are looking for a 5G System Integration Team Leader to drive the integration of cutting-edge 5G technologies within our organization.
What you'll do:
- Conducting research for cellular feature (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation) implementation and define the strategy for implementation.
- Leading and being a part of the team that is the knowledge source for cellular standards (2G/3G/4G/5G) and product behavior.
- Having a direct impact on product definition and roadmap.
- Provide well-written system requirements for development teams & Integration teams.
- Lead feature from early research level, during implementation and integration toward release to customers.
- Handle and debug cellular systems issues coming from internal lab testing as well as from customers.
What you should have:
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- Knowledge in wireless communication theory. Familiarity with the cellular standards, LTE/5G-NR.
- Knowledge in networking
- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as: C,C++ , Python, Bash
- Experienced with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
Education:
- B.Sc BA in Computer Science/Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
- M.Sc in equal fields - Advantage
