Mr. Cooper's summer internship program offers college students the chance to discover what it's like to work at a leading financial services organization. Our interns deliver innovative solutions to real business challenges and build enduring relationships with their manager and an assigned mentor. We are seeking a Creative Marketing Intern with a passion for design, storytelling, and digital media to join our marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and executing creative assets that drive engagement and visibility for our auctions and asset management services.
Roles and Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design compelling graphics, promotional materials, and social media content (images, videos, infographics) tailored to auction listings and company branding.

Social Media Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistency and creativity.

Campaign Assistance: Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns, helping with brainstorming, asset development, and execution.

Video & Photo Editing: Edit videos and photos for promotional materials, auction highlights, and customer testimonials.

Website Updates: Support minor website content updates, such as adding banners, images, or featured auctions.

Market Research: Research industry trends, creative strategies, and competitor campaigns to inspire new ideas.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with company branding and messaging guidelines.
Basic Qualifications

Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2025)

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices.

Strong eye for design, layout, and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of video editing and photography is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
