We create early stage investment opportunities for accredited investors in a portfolio of emerging, development stage companies that have the potential to be industry leaders of tomorrow. Unlike investment banks, ECAP is not a brokerage. ECAP always makes the first investment into its featured companies, which are 2 to 5 years in duration. We typically represent 2-4 companies at a time, and align our own interests with both peer investors and the companies’ management.
We specialize in structuring or restructuring company capital formation, and providing investment and/or exit strategies that make use of the recent amendments to the JOBS act. We have extensive experience in not only preparing and guiding companies through a micro-IPO, but continuing to provide guidance through a company's initial months of trading as a public company.
